Fees once paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
Full fee payment must be done before the commencement of classes.
Individual Classes
Candidates can choose the class timing between 8 am to 10 pm (IST) in the normal packages.
Candidates are requested to attend the class immediately after once trainer is assigned.
Maximum 5 leaves will be compensated only if formally informed the trainer and councellor prior to the leave. Proof of which may be asked for compensatory classes. Uninformed leaves will not be compensated.
Leave for more than 5 days without any prior information (to counsellor and trainer) is not acceptable.
Leave taken should be compensated within the scheduled duration of package.
We need 72 hours after payment for credit confirmation and trainer assignment.
Allowed scheduled duration is one month from the commencement of classes
Extending the course beyond the scheduled duration is not allowed.
Group Classes
Individual Candidate cannot postpone the class & leaves taken will not be compensated.
Classes will be started within three working days after complete payment.
Candidate cannot withdraw from a group after the second day class.
Class timing for the group sessions cannot be changed once started. If a candidate cannot complete the group sessions due to inconvenience, he/she can inform the trainer & counsellor immediately to change batch, hold class, or upgrade to individual classes. No excuses or compensatory classes will be given otherwise
